In the video below, Pamela Schultz, Principal Learning Consultant, Infor, introduces the administration section within Web Security Administration. She discusses the administration components and shows how to create a role group that is used for distribution of an Infor Landmark embedded report. Pamela explains how the administration section provides management of security challenges, security exports, and security cache. She provides a quick description of the administration components’ functions including security logger to access security logs, security classes to import and export security classes, permission BODs (Busines Object Documents), security reports, role groups, and additionally security cache analyzer which allows you to explore or clear security cache for a variety of security components. Pamela demonstrates how to create a role group and then utilize the role group for distribution of an Infor Landmark embedded report. She creates an actor report to show all disabled actors and then distribute the report to actors that have the admin role or the direct supervisor role.
