The Infor Cloud Operations team recently provisioned the 100th customer in the Infor SunSystems® multitenant cloud.

Infor SunSystems Cloud is an easy-to-use, innovative financial management system powerful enough to meet finance's needs today and flexible enough to meet tomorrow's evolving challenges. This innovative finance cloud solution provides visibility into all the moving parts of business operations, transforming financial information into profitable action. Leading companies in various industry sectors, including financial services, hospitality, professional services, energy and not-for-profit (NFP) organizations rely on SunSystems Cloud.

“We launched Infor SunSystems Cloud just over a year ago, so to reach the magic century mark in 2023 is a testament to all the hard work put in from development, product management, sales, services, support, cloud ops and many other teams,” explains Andrew Newman, VP and GM for Infor SunSystems. “45% of these cloud deployments are new customers, which shows our remarkable growth in 2023 and provides momentum for us going into 2024.”

The 100th customer was Thai Fine Sinter Co., Ltd, an auto parts producer from Thailand. By upgrading its on-premises SunSystems solution into the multi-tenant cloud, it expects to deliver a simplified user experience.

“We are very proud to be the 100th Infor SunSystems Cloud customer! Moving to the cloud allows us to work anytime, even when the factory is closed on holidays. The subscription model helps us to budget more effectively and with technology changing all the time, always being on the latest version of the solution is another big benefit,” said Rangsima Chimiam, the company’s general manager.

The upgrade is being implemented by Triforce Global Solutions. Nuttama Keoboonrueng, Managing Director, added “We are also so proud to be associated with the 100th customer. Infor SunSystems Cloud is providing many benefits to our customer base and net new business prospects.”

One of the first customers to move to Infor SunSystems Cloud was Health Equity Matters Ltd, the peak national federation for Australia’s community HIV response. The organization provides leadership, coordination and support to Australia’s policy and advocacy response to HIV.

“Our organization requires reporting in multi-currency and different donor requirements. Infor SunSystems Cloud and its multi-tenant platform provided us with that functionality and so much more for a reasonable price. With the help of our partner DXC Technology, the implementation was seamless, and we felt supported throughout the whole process. We made the right decision in choosing the multi-tenant cloud, it made our working lives so much smoother,” said Louise Vergel de Dios, Business Operations and Finance Manager, Health Equity Matters Ltd.

Michael Mardirossian, a practice delivery manager at DXC Technology, added that his team has successfully embraced the Infor SunSystems Cloud solution, onboarding three customers so far.

“The obvious benefit of working in a cloud solution includes logging in via a URL and customers not having to worry about hardware costs, system security, performing backups and being on the latest patch set/ product versions, as this is all handled by Infor and the AWS platform,” said Mardirossian.
