In the video below, Chris Wiekert, Director Product Management, shows how to customize output templates using the Infor Document Management Plugin for Microsoft Word. He will show how to download the Microsoft Word plug in from IDM, download templates from FSM, and make changes to the templates. He will also show how to add user fields created with Configuration Console to the template.
