I am pleased to announce that Infor Cloverleaf has once again been recognized as the “Top Clinical Data Integration Engine” in the Black Book 2020 survey. While Infor has earned this award before, its significance remains impressive, given the sheer numbers of healthcare integration technology users surveyed.
Black Book surveys thousands of actual users and purchasers of healthcare integration technologies, including over 600 healthcare payer respondents. Infor’s Cloverleaf engine boosted Infor to the top spot by being ranked No. 1 in four broad, but key, market segments, far and away outranking others in the field in multiple healthcare industry categories.
No. 1: Providers
No. 1: Accountable Care Organizations
No. 1: Health Information Exchanges
No. 1: Labs, Pharmacies, Ancillaries.
Especially exciting was the recognition of Cloverleaf’s industry leadership and excellence in categories that support meeting customers where they are in their quest for interoperability, including:
- Strategic Alignment of Client Goals
- Innovation and Optimization
- Scalability
- Reliability
- Best of Breed Technology
- FHIR API translation and orchestration
- Healthcare API Gateway for managing healthcare APIs
- Data Aggregation and Curation supporting legacy formats as well as FHIR
- Integration with Infor Data Lake and Infor AI, enabling for instance, Telehealth orchestration
- Self service or fully managed integration as a service in the Infor Cloud to deliver the agility, scalability and speed to value that our customers need
Out of all of these, one recognition really stood out for me was the Innovation and Optimization category. This is proof of Infor’s continued investment – in terms of both people and dollars – in rapidly-evolving healthcare interoperability technology. We know that it is crucial to our customers’ success to be agile and nimble in navigating and staying afloat in the industry’s choppy waters.
We are helping meet the challenge of real-time data sharing with a broadening array of consumer-focused applications and devices. What’s more, Cloverleaf brings in new trading partners across the ecosystem, from payers to biopharma, all of which are leveraging the latest standards such as FHIR APIs at a massive scale, with security as a foundation.
Specifically, our Cloverleaf team has been hard at work and continuing to lead by delivering solutions to our customers for:
- FHIR API translation and orchestration
- Healthcare API Gateway for managing healthcare APIs
- Data Aggregation and Curation supporting legacy formats as well as FHIR
- Integration with Infor Data Lake and Infor AI, enabling, for instance, Telehealth orchestration
- Self-service or fully managed integration as a service in the Infor Cloud to deliver the agility, scalability, and speed to value that our customers need
It is also worth adding that Black Book recognized that Infor embraces the very garnered superior rankings in the categories of Support and Customer Care: and Trust, Accountability, Transparency, and Ethics
Thank you to all of our experts, clients, and partners for helping us lead the way.
